Property maintenance in Aylesham

Your local maintenance team for Aylesham

Aylesham was built in the 1920s as a new village for miners at the nearby Snowdown Colliery, part of the old East Kent coalfield. Open farmland surrounds it, between Canterbury and Dover, about 41 miles east of Tunbridge Wells, and wind sweeps across the fields straight into fences, gates and roofs. Barham, Nonington, Wingham, Staple and Eythorne are just as easy to reach, for roof and gutter work, pressure washing, painting and fence repairs from Meridian.

We cover the whole of Kent from our base in Tunbridge Wells, and Aylesham, about 41 miles to the east, is very much part of that. The free quotation and the 10% new customer discount apply here just the same.

What we do in Aylesham

• Driveway, Patio and Decking Pressure Washing
Driveways, patios, paths and decking pressure washed to lift dirt, moss, algae and weeds, so the surface looks cared for again.
• Gutter Cleaning
Gutters cleared of leaves, moss and silt with a gutter vacuum from the ground, so rainwater runs away instead of over the edge.
• Roof Cleaning and Repairs
Moss and debris cleared from roofs, valleys and gutters, plus roof and gutter repairs to keep the weather out.
• Exterior Painting and Decorating
Walls, woodwork, fascias and fences painted after proper preparation, with weather resistant finishes suited to each surface.
• Brickwork Re-Pointing and Mortar Repairs
Crumbling and missing mortar raked out and replaced with fresh joints, so walls stay weathertight and look sharp again.
• Block Paving Re-Sanding and Sealing
Block paving re-sanded with fresh kiln dried sand and sealed, to lock the joints and help keep weeds and stains at bay.
• Fence, Gate and Garden Maintenance
Fence panels and gates repaired or replaced, hedges cut, lawns mown, gardens cleared and weeds treated.
