Property maintenance in Aylesford

Looking after homes in Aylesford

Aylesford's medieval bridge spans the Medway, the Carmelite priory known as The Friars stands beside the river, and Kit's Coty House, a burial chamber thousands of years old, sits on the slopes above. Allington and Sandling, both part of the Meridian area, are close by, and Tunbridge Wells is about 15 miles to the south west. Riverside damp is hard on old stone and brick, which is why careful repointing and regular cleaning matter here, along with sound gutters, roofs, paintwork and fences.

Aylesford is about 15 miles north east of our base in Tunbridge Wells, well within our regular area.

• Driveway, Patio and Decking Pressure Washing
Driveways, patios, paths and decking pressure washed to lift dirt, moss, algae and weeds, so the surface looks cared for again.
